"Dulux presents 320768 Water Based Cement Primer. Dulux Water Based Cement Primer is a cement primer that's water based. It's meant to be used on plastered masonry, POP, puttied, limed or pre-painted walls. It can even be used on surfaces that have been treated with Dulux Wallpaper Primer.
Most people know the company Dulux (formally known as J.W. Harris Paints Ltd) for their paints and related products—they've been around since 1866. But did you know that they also have an excellent line of wall primers? Because of the way their products work and the materials they use, we decided to try the Water Based Cement Primer from Dulux and were impressed at the results.
The good thing about this product is that it has a high coverage rate—it can cover an area up to 22 square meters per liter, so it goes a long way! You can choose from a variety of colours to match your wall perfectly and it dries in just about an hour. As for work surface preparation, you should make sure that the area is clean and free of dust and dirt before applying it to the wall; otherwise, you would need to sand down the surface before applying it again.
Dulux Water Based Cement Primer is a water based primer, suitable for use on plastered masonry, POP, puttied, limed or pre-painted wall surfaces. It is suitable for priming both new and previously primed surfaces.
