MPT MMA105 Single 60 V 20-140 A IGBT Welding Machine is a compact, single phase and single frequency welding power supply. It is used to power IPG Gas Blow Back TIG and MIG torches, as well as other accessories. This machine incorporates a unique pulse supply feature which allows the user to increase the duty cycle and pulse frequency of the discharge current in order to reduce electrode stick-out time. This feature makes this unit suitable for surface preparation on small diameter pipe such as Cu tubing. The MPT MMA105 has a built-in gas mixer / regulator with an input pressure range of 0 to 1bar relative / 0 to 200liters per minute so you don’t have to worry about running out of gas or mixing gases. This unit also features a user friendly backlit display that may be angled up or down for easy viewing even when working with your head down in a tight area.It is a solid state, single-phase, high frequency IGBT welding machine with an impressive portfolio of features. Built with a 60 V DC output, it has the power to weld 1/2" steel plate in short time while maintaining high quality results. This model is equipped with LED indicators for current and output control, making it easy to use and maintain.This results in peak performance and high productivity. The new generation of MPT welding machines is the result of many years experience in designing and building portable industrial machines. The single output line, with its flexible control system, offers complete flexibility for optimal use in various applications.
