The JT 4 Channel Relay Card is a board with four independent relays. The relays can be controlled using an Arduino, and the card is also compatible with the Raspberry Pi. It can also be used in conjunction with systems that have industrial power supplies and other systems that require DC power sources to be switched on and off remotely. The relays are rated for 120 VAC / 240 VAC at 400 mA/240 VAC, and are designed to have a current-limiting circuit built-in so they will not burn out if the load is too heavy. The relays can handle up to 50VDC of input voltage, making this board ideal for use with 24VDC systems. When using the card in conjunction with an Arduino board, the relays will respond when receiving signals between 3 – 5 Volts. The input voltage for the card can be 12V DC. Each channel has an input terminal and an output terminal which allows you to connect these terminals with wires to control the device you want to turn on or off.
